What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?
- Local Pickup – If you are in Gauteng and wish to pick up your product from us directly then we do not charge any shipping.
- Aramex – We use Aramex to ship our products nationwide. Cost are R100.
- In certain circumstances when packages are larger than normal we will utilise a different courier. This will be communicated over phone or email.
How Long Will Shipping Take?
Shipping with Aramex will take 1-3 days depending on your area.
Do You Offer Refunds?
If there is a problem with the product we will replace it for you at no additional cost. We will, however, need the product to be returned to us before a refund or replacement happens.
What Payment Methods Do You Offer?
Currently, the only payment method we use is Payfast. This allows us to send you through South Africa’s premier payment gateway, giving you peace of mind.
